Place in suspension using the Dedo laryngoscope
Begin jet ventilation
Adjust the head and neck positioning as needed
Sniffing position (neck flexion with head extension)
Photograph using 0 degree Hopkins rod endoscope
Laryngeal Coblator to stenotic tissue, making "releasing" cuts
Balloon dilation
Remove the laryngoscope and tooth guard
Examine the airway for any unintentional injury
