Workflow

• Pre-procedure

  • Identify patients on Dr. Durr's schedule on OAK-HNSS

  • Add pre-op H&P (if last clinic visit >30 days prior) or interval note in inpatient note section

  • Give patients surveys below

  • Ensure procedure room is set up

    • Scope

    • FRED

    • Lube

    • Suction

• DISE

• Post-procedure

  • Procedure note in inpatient notes section

  • DCI in discharge tab, ensure these are included 

    • Please complete your survey as instructed before your appointment this afternoon (***if patient is going to sleep clinic in the afternoon)

    • Do not drive yourself for 12 hours, No alcohol or signing legal contracts for 24 hours

  • ***discharge orders to be done by anesthesia
